All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. An email confirmation containing your tracking number and delivery date will be sent once your order is processed. Please allow up to 48 hours processing time for your order to ship.
Requests for expedited shipping should be made by contacting us during store hours (see contact info) Additional shipping fees may apply for expedited shipping.
Free shipping on domestic orders equal to $100 or more. For all domestic orders under $100 we offer a flat shipping rate of $8.00.
Free "In store pick up" is available for our local customers. Please allow one hour for your order to be processed.
At this time we are unable to accommodate international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All returns must be approved with an email from Costa Cabana before it is sent back to our shop.
We want you to love what you ordered.Our online return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.
All jewelry, handbags, swim, sale or discounted merchandise and special orders are considered FINAL SALE. A shop credit will be issued for eligible returned item(s) for the full purchase price. Your credit can be redeemed for any online or in store purchase. Please note the shipping costs are nonrefundable. Orders not returned within 14 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition that you received it. Please email prior to returning item(s). You are responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return if merchandise is not returned in the original condition.
